When people think of PQ Farm Flowers, they usually think of the "Big Day." They think of cascading bridal bouquets, elaborate floral arches, and the high-energy magic of weddings. I love that work—it is an honor to be part of my couple’s milestones.
But today, I want to pull back the curtain and talk about the other side of my floral life: the dirt under my fingernails, the crack of dawn harvests, and my seasonal flower stand.
Most people don't realize that I am a flower farmer just as much as I am a floral designer. While weddings often occur on weekends, flowers are growing every single day, basically from April to late November. To share that beauty with everyone (not just couples getting married!), I offer Seasonal Flower Punch Cards.
The Honest Truth
I have a seasonal flower stand that I have been pouring my heart into since I came back to Connecticut in 2021, and I’m going to be completely transparent with you: As of today, I have just three sign-ups for my 2026 punch card subscriptions.
It’s a little scary to admit that, but it’s the reality of running a small, seasonal business. These punch cards are essentially a "Flower CSA." When you buy a card early in the year, you are providing the "seed money" I need to purchase bulbs, organic compost, and irrigation supplies before the first sprout even breaks the soil.
In exchange, you get a significant discount on premium, locally-grown bouquets and the joy of knowing exactly where your flowers came from.

Convenience: Treat yourself (or a friend) to regular bouquets all season long.
Freshness: My flowers are often cut and “conditioned” the day before you pick them up—no "grocery store" wilt here!

How the Punch Card Works
Think of it like your favorite coffee shop's loyalty card. You prepay for a set number of bouquets (for example, 8 to 20), and you can "punch" your card at my stand whenever you need a floral pick-me-up throughout the 2026 season. In addition to enjoying them yourself, they also make the perfect gift for a teacher, a neighbor, or a friend.
